Judgment Day
When Is Jesus Coming Again?
In My Father's house are many mansions; if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to Myself; that where I am, there you may be also. –John 14:2-3
The Lord Jesus promises His followers that He will one day return to receive them home.
This world will not last forever. It will come to an end at the coming of Christ. No one can know the exact hour. But Jesus warned of the signs that will precede His coming: wars, famine, natural disasters; increase of crime, religious persecution, and rejection and confusion of the truth:
Lawlessness will abound, the love of many will grow cold. (Matthew 24:12)
Most people live their lives without a second thought to Christ’s coming. But “as it was in the days of Noah, so it will be also in the days of the Son of Man: They ate, they drank, they married… until the day that Noah entered the ark, and the flood came and destroyed them all” (Luke 17:26-7). To those who live comfortably immersed in the world, the end will be unexpected (1 Thessalonians 5:3).
Yet you can read the signs. As society increase in violence and profanity, as nations stockpile weapons of mass destruction, and as mankind wear down the physical environment of Earth, it seems we sit on a ticking time bomb. One day, the period of grace God has given will end. The gospel of the kingdom will have been “preached in the entire world as a witness to all the nations, and then the end will come” (Matthew 24:14). Then the Lord will return to establish His justice once and for all.

I believe the second coming of Jesus Christ is the aim of every christian. It is when every believer will be free from the concerns, the disappointments and the sufferings of this earth.I urge every believer including myself to continue to have faith in GOD and worship HIM so we will not be left on earth when the rapture comes

I hope I am welcome to be here....I used to be protestant and then my mother passed on in 2001 when I was in my 20's...I walked away from Jesus. I thought He had taken her form me as a punishment but for almost a year now all of a sudden I started thinking about God, Jesus...and was walking down the street and the methodist church I went to had closed down and moved across the street. The for some strange reason I followed my heart that lead me to the catholic church called St. Elizabeth of Hungary. My uncle baptized me at 6 months old and he was a catholic priest...but I am very happy and comfortable in the catholic church and glad to have went there. Praise The lord everyone!!!
