Spunky is our Australian shepherd and Chow mix dog. She has bounds of energy and is so much fun. She has one very noticeable tendency. Anxiousness! Lightening and thunder throw her into a shaking tizzy. Loud noises and beeping, especially from a fire alarm that needs batteries will increase her anxiousness and result in her leaning into whoever is home.

I AM FIRMLY ESTABLISHED IN PRINCIPLE
I am firmly established in principle. My mind is quiet and my heart is opened and receptive to the truth of my God-Being.

Resting in the Lord
I didn’t blog last week during the week of Thanksgiving because the Sunday before Thanksgiving I had just returned from a parent camp in Wisconsin with Bryan Post. Catching up on four days of snail and e-mail and getting ready for the shortened week took all my energy and focus.
